I've never given a review before for moving into an apartment but the service kindness and care that was shown to us during our transfer at Bromley House was a worthy experience to share. Dawn was quick to help in making the transition from our third floor apartment to a ground floor apartment successful. I suffer from spinal problems and to take the stairs can be a hardship if the elevator goes down for any reason, so we were happy about this opportunity to transfer to a ground floor apartment. Once Dawn learned of our interest in the apartment we wanted, she made sure to process and move along our transfer personally. And when we had trouble signing our lease electronically, she made time to have me come in to her office and help me sign with her own laptop so that she can help me through any problems i might encounter. Dawn was attentive to our needs for this transfer and even gave us sufficient time to move our things over to our new place. She was patient even when we may have been confused or misunderstood. And she made sure to communicate with us in every step. We've never had such a smooth move and we are so happy for the care that not only Dawn showed us but also Jermaine, the maintenance supervisor. He made sure that we had what we needed to move over to our new place and was quick to offer his services if we had any needs in the apartment. There's nothing like personal interests these days. Highly recommend Bromley, lived here for about 2yrs and you can't beat the neighborhood. Everything you'd need is within walking distance or public transit (bus stop right around the corner). Dawn and the entire leasing/maintenance team are amazing. They're extremely communicative and quick to respond to any questions, maintenance requests, etc. Never have issues with packages or mail. It's a great and safe community. Read Less
